BNA Technology Consulting has been delivering multi-vendor IT infrastructure solutions across India for three decades. Their client list reads like an enterprise IT directory — long-running relationships, repeat engagements, deep institutional knowledge.
But their website didn’t reflect any of that. Generic stock images, vague service categories, no narrative connecting the company’s history to its current capability.
Enterprise IT buyers were arriving at the site, finding nothing that matched the founders’ pitch in person, and leaving without converting.
Three decades of expertise is the asset — but only if the website actually says so.
We rebuilt the homepage around a single narrative: “Pioneering IT Infrastructure, Today and Tomorrow.” Decades of multi-vendor OEM experience became the credential, not the footnote.
Information architecture was simplified — Services, Divisions, Company, Contact. Buyers could find what they needed in two clicks instead of four. Every page reinforced the institutional credibility that the founders had been describing in sales calls.
Buyers used to walk into the office trusting us less than we deserved. Now they walk in pre-sold.
